Amazing Spa Experience

I had an very nice massage at the hotel spa. The ambiance was serene, and the sound of waves added to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend asking for Erna – she was amazing! The spa provided an excellent way to unwind after a day of exploring. My rejuvenating session made my stay lovely.

Delicious Breakfast Buffet

The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. They offered a variety of options from fresh fruits to Asian dishes. I loved the chocolate fountain and the live cooking stations for eggs and waffles. The pianist playing during breakfast made it even more special. It was a good way to start each day.

Fantastic Pool Area

The pool at Sheraton Senggigi is absolutely stunning! It's beautifully maintained and offers ample space for both relaxation and fun. I loved spending my afternoons by the poolside – it felt like a mini-extravaganza every time I took a dip. The pool bar also offers refreshing drinks that make pool days even more enjoyable!

Comfortable and Clean Room

My room was spotless and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the views from the balcony, which overlooked the lush gardens. The bed was cozy, and every morning I woke up refreshed. The attention to cleanliness made my experience even more enjoyable, making it an excellent space to unwind after a long day.

Our stay in the beachfront villa was truly unforgettable. The warm and attentive staff made us feel right at home, and the location offered stunning views, especially during sunset. While the rainy season limited our outdoor exploration, the amenities and hospitality more than made up for it. I can't wait to return next summer to relive this wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay during the Christmas and New Year holidays at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, and the service was exceptional, with attentive staff making our experience truly special. While the New Year Gala dinner by the pool was unforgettable, we did find that the dining options could have been more diverse. Additionally, some areas of the resort seemed a bit dated and could benefit from renovations.
